The role
- Provide field-based maintenance, troubleshooting, and system upgrades for high-end AV and networking systems.
- Diagnose and resolve control, network, and distribution issues (audio, video, VLAN, IP, Wi-Fi, automation platforms).
- Deliver scheduled visits and reactive support, ensuring seamless system performance and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the wider project and service teams across residential and commercial environments.
- Maintain detailed documentation and uphold exceptional client service standards.
You'll need
- Background in AV, Home Automation, Commercial Integration, or Networking / IT Infrastructure.
- Knowledge of networking protocols (VLANs, routers, switches, IP config) or Control4, Lutron, Crestron
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide (occasional European projects).
- Proactive approach, strong technical acumen, and professional client communication.
