Are you a AV or Networking Engineer looking for a field role where you can service and commission modern audiovisual and network-based systems across high-end residential and commercial environments offering progression into Management?

This is a great opportunity to join a growing specialist who will train you across both sides of the industry - perfect if you're currently strong in either networking or AV hardware, and want to step into a more rounded technical role.

The Role

• Service, maintain and commission AV and networked systems across residential & commercial sites
• Diagnose and resolve issues across IP networks, audio/video distribution, Wi-Fi, switching, VLANs and system connectivity
• Attend scheduled maintenance and reactive callouts
• Support project teams on upgrades, system changes and integration work
• Provide excellent client-facing communication and technical explanations
• Keep documentation up to date and ensure systems run reliably

You'll need

• Good understanding of IP networking, switches, VLANs, routers, Wi-Fi
• Experience in AV installation, service or maintenance
• Experience troubleshooting network-based systems (IT, telecoms, security, CCTV, MSP roles etc.)
• Comfortable commissioning or configuring network devices
