We combine cutting-edge technology with hands-on operational expertise, working across sectors including catering, FMCG, healthcare, and retail - with clients including Amazon, Compass Group, Chartwells and the Metropolitan Police.

We're a fast-growing company at the intersection of logistics and technology, and this is a pivotal moment for the business - we're looking for an exceptional operational leader to help us scale.

This is a senior leadership role overseeing performance, governance, and continuous improvement across our core UK contracts and technology platform. You'll manage 3 direct reports and act as the critical bridge between executive leadership and operational delivery - ensuring we scale effectively while maintaining exceptional standards of service, compliance, and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing:

· Providing strategic oversight across multiple operational contracts, monitoring KPIs, fleet performance, and driving continuous improvement

· Owning senior client relationships, leading contract retention/growth, and supporting tender submissions and commercial negotiations

· Holding budget responsibility across contracts, working closely with our CFO on P&L accountability

· Acting as the operational voice into our Routd platform - shaping product development through real client and operational insight

· Championing quality, risk, and compliance, including supporting our ISO 9001 QMS

· Leading and developing our Operations Managers - from coaching and performance management through to recruitment and workforce planning

· Producing executive-level reporting to support strategic decision-making across the business

What we're looking for:

· 5+ years in operational leadership, managing multiple sites, contracts, or business units

· A track record of leading managers

· Strong commercial acumen - comfortable with tenders, pricing, and contract negotiation

· Experience with quality frameworks or compliance programmes

· Experience in logistics, transport, FM, contract catering, or service delivery

· E xposure to digital transformation projects

Benefits include:

Private medical insurance, life insurance, car allowance and free use of the office gym.

If you're a strategic, data-driven leader who thrives across multiple workstreams and wants to help shape both client delivery and product at a fast-growing business - we'd love to hear from you.
