IT Support Analyst Apprentice (Royal Bank of Canada) BlueBay Asset Management
Role
With mentoring and supervision, the successful candidate will undertake the following:
- Provide a first point of contact for all business users in relation to IT support.
- Become familiar with technical troubleshooting of both hardware and software issues.
- Adhere to established processes centred around the service desk such as access management, incident management, service management, problem management and change management.
- Actively participate in continued development as agreed with the training provider and your line manager.
- Achieve personal development targets agreed between yourself and your line manager.
- Undertake a development programme leading to a recognised apprenticeship upon completion.
Training

- User and Stakeholder Training.
- Working in Digital Support.

- Pathways and Career Progression.
The role offers a permanent role upon completion of the apprenticeship depending on performance.
