Job summary

To provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to Therapy Services, ensuring the efficient coordination of clinical and non-clinical activities. The role requires the ability to work independently, prioritise workloads, and act as a key point of contact for administrative and operational matters within Therapy Services.

KEY WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

This involves working closely with all key members of the multi-disciplinary team within primary and secondary care and service users relating to the specialty they cover to ensure all patients receive a consistent and effective service.

APP clinic and outpatient clinic administration.

Recruitment, onboarding and leaver process coordination.

RTT validation and performance reporting.

e-Roster and workforce administration support.

Room bookings, locker management and resource allocation.

Minute taking and administrative support for the Therapy Leadership Team and Operational Managers.
