Solution Architect
We're hiring a Solution Architect to design scalable, adaptable IT solutions that align with RMG's architecture and evolving business needs. You'll oversee solution design, integration, and governance on projects with development costs up to £10M and lifetime costs of £50M.
What you'll do
  • Translate project blueprints into solution designs.
  • Prepare and govern architecture aligned to business requirements.
  • Define technology specs and integrate systems effectively.
  • Ensure scalability, security, and reliability across solutions.
  • Collaborate with analysts and developers in Agile sprints.
  • Guide stakeholders on Agile ways of working.
What we're looking for
  • Strong knowledge of IT technologies and integration.
  • Proven experience in solution architecture across services, applications, integration, and data.
  • Track record of delivering large, complex IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication with technical and non‐technical audiences.
  • TOGAF certification and Agile/Scrum experience preferred.
