We are looking for a Digital Automation & Low-Code Developer to join our People Scaling team, focusing on automating HR and workforce processes. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining workflow automation, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), API integrations, and AI-powered solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, and related technologies.
This role is hands-on and technical, perfect for someone who thrives in problem-solving, solution development, and innovation.

Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilitieso Develop automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automateo Build low-code applications with Power Apps for HR & workforce processeso Design API integrations for seamless system connectivity (ESR, ATS, LMS, payroll)o Implement AI-driven automation to enhance efficiencyo Create self-service portals, digital forms, and workforce dashboardso Monitor, refine, and optimise automation workflows

Person Specification
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent experience in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- Certification in AI Builder, RPA, or Power BI
- Microsoft Power Platform Certification (Power Automate, Power Apps)
Knowledge and Experience
- Understanding/experience of working across a large organisation or collaborative group
- Experience of working with multiple stakeholders, with varying backgrounds, cultures, or objectives.
- Experience of effective team working, with a shared goal in mind
- Experience developing automation workflows using Power Automate
- Hands-on experience developing Power Apps & low-code solutions
- API development experience (REST APIs, JSON, Dataverse)
- Knowledge of workflow automation & digital transformation
- Experience of delivering training
- Experience working in NHS or public sector digital transformation
- Understanding of HR digital systems (ESR, ATS, LMS, etc.)
- Experience with Backendless, Azure, or other BaaS platforms
- Knowledge of AI Builder & chatbot automation
- Experience with SQL, APIs, and Power Platform connectors
