Automation Design Engineer

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for an Automation Design Engineer on a 6-month contract located in the East of England.

Role Overview:
-Controls/Automation Design Engineer with AutoCAD Experience

Key Requirements & Experience:

- AutoCAD experience (Essential)

- Understanding/experience of Automation and Control Panel Design (Highly Desirable)

Deliverables:

- Create a new AutoCAD Symbol Library for Controls/Automation (including Control Logix, PCS7, Step 7 TIA, Fire & Gas Equipment, Vibration Monitoring, Terminals, and Circuit Breakers)

- Create and update new standard designs and templates in AutoCAD

- Convert standard junction box designs to AutoCAD
