1st Line Support Responsibilities
- Responding to and resolving technical support queries efficiently
- Diagnosing software and hardware faults
- Assisting with system installations, configurations, and updates
- Escalating complex issues to senior members of the team when necessary
- Providing excellent service and clear technical guidance
1st Line Support Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in an IT support role (1st line or similar)
- Troubleshooting skills with Windows environments and IT infrastructure
- Knowledge of networking principles and software applications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with PC builds, repairs, and peripheral installations
