As an IT Project Engineer within this forward-thinking business, you’ll play a key role working closely with clients to deliver cutting-edge solutions across the entire project lifecycle. From pre-sales discussions to post-sales support, your involvement will ensure the best experience, communicating both remotely and on customer sites.

As an IT Project Engineer, you’ll benefit from:

As an IT Project Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Project Lifecycle Participation: Engage in all stages of the project lifecycle, including pre-sales discussions, proof of concept, implementation, go-live, and post-sales support.
  • Client Interaction: Travel to customer sites as needed to ensure the best experience for our clients.
  • Technology Promotion: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to champion and promote our technologies and solutions, including Microsoft Cloud, Acronis, WatchGuard, and Unifi.
  • Helpdesk Support: Provide support to our Helpdesk team, leveraging your knowledge and experience.

As an IT Project Engineer, your skills and experience will include:

  • Microsoft Cloud Expertise: Proficiency in Intune, AutoPilot, SharePoint Online, Teams, Defender for Office 365 and Endpoint, Azure IaaS and PaaS technologies, and Azure Virtual Desktop migrations.
  • Network Design and Troubleshooting: Competence in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting highly available networks, with experience in WatchGuard, Unifi, and Meraki technologies.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical recipients.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and adaptability to handle unexpected challenges.
  • Passion for Technology: A genuine enthusiasm for technology and continuous learning.
