As a Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
- Troubleshooting and resolving helpdesk incidents across multiple technologies
- Supporting users across Windows and macOS environments
- Administering and supporting Microsoft 365 services
- Escalating complex issues to senior engineers or third parties when required
- Maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Acting as an escalation point for junior support engineers
As a Support Engineer, your experience will include:
- At least 2 years’ experience within an IT helpdesk or technical support role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and core services
- Experience supporting Windows and macOS operating systems
- Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy
- Familiarity with networking concepts such as VPNs, routing and switching
- Confident communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
