As a Support Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving helpdesk incidents across multiple technologies
  • Supporting users across Windows and macOS environments
  • Administering and supporting Microsoft 365 services
  • Escalating complex issues to senior engineers or third parties when required
  • Maintaining technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Acting as an escalation point for junior support engineers

As a Support Engineer, your experience will include:

  • At least 2 years’ experience within an IT helpdesk or technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and core services
  • Experience supporting Windows and macOS operating systems
  • Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy
  • Familiarity with networking concepts such as VPNs, routing and switching
  • Confident communication skills with both technical and non-technical users
