Administration/IT Apprentice
To assist in the development and maintenance of the Group IT systems, and provide advice, guidance and support to all members of the Group team.
To provide administration support to our teams with a range of admin duties related to patient care, including assisting with appointments, referrals, processing tasks and correspondence.
Role
- Providing IT support to the whole team for basic IT issues and troubleshooting
- Assisting with data backup
- Assisting with the installation of new hardware and software, and acting upon software updates
- Assisting with data entry, reporting, audits and records management
- Providing cover support to our administration teams as needs arise
Training
Training development opportunities include in-house training, mandatory training and online primary care specific training i.e. medical terminology.
Learning about information governance, confidentiality, GDPR and data security within healthcare.
Progression is subject to individual practice needs.
