Pay rate: Up to £265 per day PAYE, £360 per day Umbrella
Location: Bridgwater, Somerset - travel required to local sites in the area as and when required
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week
Role Overview
The Reporting & Business Intelligence Analyst will support the Documents, Records & Completions function by delivering accurate and insightful management information, performance reporting and data analysis. The role will be responsible for developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards, KPI reporting and a single source of truth across departmental data, helping stakeholders make informed decisions and identify opportunities for improvement. Working closely with operational teams and wider programme stakeholders, the role will focus on improving data quality, reporting consistency and automation, translating complex data into clear insights that support performance, compliance and delivery outcomes across a major engineering and infrastructure programme.
Applicants should be able to demonstrate of the following skills/experience:
- Strong experience using Power BI and developing dashboards and management reports.
- Experience analysing large datasets and data from multiple systems.
- Experience developing KPI frameworks and performance reporting.
- Strong data quality, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience automating and improving reporting processes.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Degree qualified or equivalent relevant experience.
- Experience within construction, engineering, infrastructure or a regulated environment desirable.
- Nuclear, Quality, Completions, Document Control or Records Management experience desirable.
Role information:

- Combine and validate data from multiple systems and sources.

- Work with operational teams and stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
- Present clear, actionable insights to support decision-making and performance improvement.
