Salary: Base salary up to £30k + OTE - Year 1 OTE £50-55K

What Youll Be Doing Proactively identify and engage potential clients across key markets
Reach out to prospects through a multi-channel approach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for senior sales team members
Build, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects
Keep CRM records accurate and up to date (HubSpot)
Research organisations and key decision-makers to tailor outreach effectively
Work towards and consistently achieve monthly targets and KPIs
Collaborate with internal teams to support overall sales growth
What Were Looking For Fluent Spanish (fluent or bilingual level) and strong English skills are essential xkybehq
At least 1 year of experience in a sales, SDR, or business development role
Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-performance environment
Ability to confidently communicate with stakeholders at different levels
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Self-starter with a proactive and resilient mindset
Experience using CRM tools is beneficial
