The Role s a Senior Product Manager (Payments) at Runa, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the future of our global payouts and payments infrastructure. You’ll drive the design, strategy, and delivery of next-generation payment and funding products that expand our global reach and enhance the resiliency, compliance, and scalability of our platform. This role blends strategic ownership with hands-on execution. You’ll work closely with Engineering, Treasury, Finance, Compliance, and Operations to define product roadmaps, build new multi-rail capabilities, and ensure Runa can support an increasingly diverse set of markets, partners, and payout use cases. Above all, you’ll bring deep payments expertise - from card networks to bank transfers to alternative payment methods - and use that knowledge to create products that enable instant, borderless, and cost-efficient money movement. - Owning the end-to-end strategy and delivery for key payout products, from vision through execution and iteration.
- Designing solutions that enable instant, global, and cost-efficient payouts across multiple rails and networks.
- Leading cross-functional collaboration between Product, Treasury, Engineering, and Finance to deliver scalable, compliant infrastructure.
- Coaching and mentoring other PMs, helping elevate product excellence and strategic thinking across the team.
- Using data, experimentation, and deep customer insight to inform decision-making and continuous product optimization.
- Driving initiatives that push Runa closer to its vision of a unified global payout platform.
- You have deep experience in payments, payout infrastructure, ideally within high-growth or scaling environments.
- You’ve successfully led complex, cross-functional product initiatives involving technical, regulatory, and financial considerations.
