Hybrid 2-3 days a week in office.

Objectives and Scope of Services

• Provide advice and guidance to Service Capability Project Teams; Support and review existing and new requirements, including URD, SRD, HLD, to ensure content and clarity is to an appropriate level of detail.
• Ensure requirements for solutions are being met by proposed solution designs.
• Review activity and provide SME input into proposed solution designs, including requirement definition, security considerations, functional fit, capability and delivery capability.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to develop potential solutions for business needs or problems.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Prepare and document testing requirements.
• Work with business units to develop IT strategies and to improve current IT implementations.
• Work with product and delivery teams to develop scalable solutions and products.
• Communicate and consult with clients and internal stakeholders to develop appropriate solutions.
• Deliver SME activities in support of the development and sustainment of Server based services.
