Job Title: Paid Media Campaign Specialist – LinkedIn Advertising
Location: UK Remote
Contract: 12 Months
Rate: £38 per hour (Inside IR35)
About the Role
We are seeking a Paid Media Campaign Specialist with a strong focus on LinkedIn Advertising to support global marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a hands-on, data-driven digital marketer who excels at campaign execution, optimization, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage LinkedIn paid media campaigns end-to-end
- Handle multiple concurrent campaigns (approx. 10–12 at a time)
- Develop and refine audience targeting strategies
- Monitor campaign pacing and optimize budget allocation
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with internal marketing teams and stakeholders
- Recommend improvements across creative, targeting, and budget strategy
- Explore and leverage AI-powered tools to enhance campaign performance
Required Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in paid media campaign management
- Strong, hands-on experience specifically with LinkedIn Advertising
- Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Strong analytical and optimization skills
- Experience presenting insights and working with stakeholders
Preferred Experience
- Recent agency experience in a client-facing role
- Experience with AI-powered media buying tools (e.g., Metadata.io)
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics
- Experience managing high-volume campaign portfolios
