Content Designer

We are looking for an experienced Content Designer / UX Writer who is passionate about creating clear, human-centered product experiences.

In this role, you will work closely with Product, UX Design, Research, Marketing, and Engineering teams to craft content that improves usability, simplifies complex journeys, and delivers meaningful experiences for users.

Key Responsibilities

• Write clear, concise product and UX copy aligned with brand guidelines

• Design information architecture (IA) and content structures to improve usability

• Collaborate with product, research, and design teams to improve user experiences

• Run content testing and experiments to optimize customer journeys

• Identify and resolve content issues or bugs across product experiences

• Create scalable content solutions for modularity, localization, and reuse

• Present and explain content decisions to stakeholders and leadership

Requirements

✔ 5+ years of experience as a Content Designer, UX Writer, or UX Content Strategist

✔ Strong experience in UX writing, content strategy, and information architecture

✔ Experience auditing, structuring, and designing content for digital products

✔ Strong understanding of human-centered design and user experience principles

✔ Ability to communicate content decisions to cross-functional teams

✔ Experience working with product, design, and research teams

✔ Interest in emerging AI tools and prompt engineering is a plus
