Location: London, UK - Hybrid/Virtual
Contract: 12 Months

We are currently hiring an experienced Content Designer III / Senior Content Designer for a 12-month contract opportunity with a leading global travel and technology organisation.
This is a product content role, focused on creating clear, intuitive and engaging digital experiences for a credit card and loyalty product. The successful candidate will work within a global, cross-disciplinary Experience Design team alongside UX Designers, Content Designers, Researchers, Product, Engineering and other key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive content strategy for a complex credit card and loyalty experience.
- Develop product content strategies across onboarding, transactional journeys, notifications and key decision moments.
- Create messaging frameworks, routing matrices, content patterns and guidance that can scale across products and markets.
- Apply information architecture and content-system principles within a design system.
- Use qualitative, quantitative and business insights to inform content decisions.
- Partner with Research and Product teams to design and evaluate content tests.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand and Legal to ensure consistent and compliant messaging.
- Work with Engineering, Localization and Accessibility teams to deliver experiences that work effectively across global markets.
- Influence product and design decisions through strong storytelling, rationale and stakeholder presentations.
- Help raise the quality bar for content design across the wider Experience Design organisation.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Content Designer, UX Writer or similar product-content role.
- Strong experience developing product content strategy, not just copywriting.
- Experience working on complex, multi-surface digital products.
- Strong UX writing and information architecture skills.
- Demonstrated ability to present and defend content strategy and design decisions to senior stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with Product, Design, Research, Engineering, Legal, Marketing and/or Security teams.
- Strong understanding of human-centred design practices.
- Portfolio demonstrating how you think, solve problems and influence product outcomes, rather than simply showcasing finished work.
Preferred Background
Experience in one or more of the following would be highly advantageous:

- FinTech
- Banking
- Credit Cards / Payments
- Travel
- Loyalty / Membership
- Complex consumer digital products
Experience with content models, AI frameworks, conversational experiences or agent-driven products would also be advantageous.
