Location: Remote UK

Contract Length: 12 Months

We’re hiring an experienced Content Designer to join a fast-paced product team within a globally recognised technology environment.

You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Researchers to shape clear, user-centred product experiences across web products and notifications.

Responsibilities

• Create clear and effective in-product UX content
• Collaborate across design and product teams
• Contribute to content consistency and standards
• Participate in product and design reviews
• Support documentation and content guidelines
• Use AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX writing/content design experience
• Strong portfolio of product-focused UX writing work
• Experience working in fast-moving product organisations
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently within cross-functional teams

Preferred Experience

• Ads, eCommerce, or marketplace products
• AI-assisted content workflows
• Figma or related design tools
