HelpDesk Support Specialist
We're looking for a HelpDesk Support Specialist to join a leading global social media tech company in London! If you have a passion for troubleshooting, a strong technical mindset, and enjoy providing top-notch support, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system functionality problems.
- Perform remote software installations and assist with hardware setup.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions.
- Support Windows & Mac OS environments.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in IT helpdesk support or a similar role.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of system troubleshooting, OS support (Windows/Mac), and hardware deployment.
- Familiarity with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions is a plus.
Details:
Location: London, onsite (5 days/week).
Contract: 12 months.
Hourly rate: £19.50 (8hrs per day) I Monday to Friday
