HelpDesk Support Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system functionality problems.
  • Perform remote software installations and assist with hardware setup.
  • Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions.
  • Support Windows & Mac OS environments.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in IT helpdesk support or a similar role.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of system troubleshooting, OS support (Windows/Mac), and hardware deployment.
  • Familiarity with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions is a plus.

Details:

Location: London, onsite (5 days/week).

Contract: 12 months.

Hourly rate: 19.50 (8hrs per day) I Monday to Friday
