IAM Specialist

Are you an experienced Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) professional looking to work on impactful, high-security projects?

We’re hiring for an exciting opportunity focused on delivering and enhancing enterprise-scale identity solutions within a public sector / critical infrastructure environment.

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Implement and configure IGA platforms (SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity)
• Integrate IGA solutions with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Connect authoritative sources (HR systems, databases)
• Design and automate Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes
• Build approval workflows and access request processes
• Run access certification / recertification campaigns
• Develop RBAC models, role mining, and entitlement structures
• Work with authentication protocols: SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM
• Troubleshoot provisioning and identity synchronisation issues

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on experience with IGA tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity)
• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
• Knowledge of identity lifecycle management & access governance
• Experience with Active Directory / LDAP & hybrid identity
• Understanding of ISO 27001 / NIST CSF frameworks
• Strong problem-solving and documentation skills

⭐ Nice to Have

• SC-300 or IGA vendor certifications
• Scripting skills (PowerShell / Python)
• Experience with SoD (Segregation of Duties)
• API integrations & ITSM workflows
• Background in public sector / secure environments
