🚀 IAM Specialist – Contract Role

We’re working with a leading organisation on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join a high-impact digital programme.

📍 Location: Culham (2–3 days onsite per week)

📅 Contract Length: Until Dec 2026

💼 Engagement: Inside IR35

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platforms
• Integrate IGA solutions with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD
• Connect authoritative data sources (HR systems, databases)
• Design and manage identity lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver)
• Build approval workflows and access request processes
• Support access certification and recertification campaigns
• Develop RBAC models, role structures, and entitlement frameworks
• Configure and maintain application connectors
• Troubleshoot provisioning and synchronisation issues
• Produce clear technical documentation and runbooks

✅ Essential Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with IGA tools (e.g. SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity or similar)
• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD integration
• Solid understanding of identity lifecycle management and automation
• Experience with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM)
• Knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and hybrid identity environments
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001 or NIST
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

⭐ Desirable

• Relevant degree (Information Security, Computer Science, or similar)
• Certifications in IAM / IGA platforms
• Microsoft SC-300 certification
• Experience with SoD policies and access risk analysis
• Scripting (PowerShell, Python)
• API integrations and web services
• Exposure to ITSM processes and change control
