Job Title: Senior Coordinator (12-Month Contract)

Location: Remote (UK-based) with occasional travel to London

Working Pattern: Primarily remote with flexibility to attend office when required in London

Duration: 12 months with possible extension

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Coordinator to support a global risk and governance function within a leading international consulting environment.

This role plays a key part in supporting the operational delivery of a Third-Party Risk (TPR) External Worker programme, focusing on coordination, tracking, and reporting activities across a high-volume, process-driven environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain risk trackers, including creation, updates, and closure of risk events and tasks
  • Coordinate task assignments, follow-ups, and progress tracking across stakeholders
  • Support reporting by compiling data, tracking key metrics, and preparing updates
  • Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and audit readiness
  • Assist with data cleansing and remediation activities
  • Support governance processes, including intake tracking, compliance checks, and documentation collection
  • Track progress of ongoing projects and initiatives within the risk programme
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy, Sourcing)
  • Identify and escalate inconsistencies, missing data, or process gaps
  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure adherence to governance standards

Skills & Experience

  • 3–6 years of professional experience with at least 2 years in third-party risk, compliance, procurement, or enterprise risk
  • Experience working in a global organization preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • High attention to detail and strong documentation discipline
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working with evolving processes and ambiguity
