We are looking for an experienced Senior Workday HCM Analyst with strong expertise in Workday Recruiting and Reporting to support a large-scale enterprise environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Workday HCM configuration and enhancements
• Recruiting workflows and business process optimisation
• Building reports, dashboards, and analytics
• BAU support, releases, and stakeholder engagement
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions

Essential experience:

• 5+ years of Workday HCM experience
• Strong Workday Recruiting and reporting expertise
• Workday HCM Certification (essential)
• Experience with Workday configuration, security, or integrations
• Agile/Scrum environment experience

Desirable:

• Workday Recruiting certification
• Prism Analytics experience
• Additional Workday modules exposure
• Public sector or regulated environment experience
