User Experience Researcher
UX Researcher – London, UK (Contract)
Location: London, UK
Work Model: Onsite – 3 days per week
Duration: February 2026 – November 2026
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm (flexibility required for global time zones)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced UX Researcher to support product teams working on next-generation consumer technology and devices. This role is highly hands-on and focused on in-person usability research, working closely with designers, product managers, engineers, and fellow researchers to ensure products deliver an excellent user experience.
What You'll Do
- Drive end-to-end qualitative research projects, from scoping and study design through to analysis and recommendations
- Plan and conduct in-person usability testing, interviews, and concept evaluations
- Run usability testing programs in close collaboration with other UX Researchers
- Analyse research data and synthesise findings into clear, actionable insights
- Present research findings to cross-functional stakeholders in a clear and compelling way
- Partner closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to influence product decisions
- Manage multiple research initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high quality outputs
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience conducting UX or user research in a technology or product-focused environment
- Strong experience with qualitative research methods, including usability testing and user interviews
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
