Head of Legal | AI Infrastructure

A high-growth, institutionally backed AI infrastructure platform is seeking its first senior legal leader to build and lead the legal function from the ground up.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a broad, strategic role at an early stage of scale, partnering closely with senior leadership in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

The Role

You will operate as a true generalist and strategic advisor, owning all legal, governance, and compliance matters across the business. Responsibilities will include:

• Leading on customer and supplier contracts (including MSAs)
• Supporting commercial and strategic transactions
• Overseeing governance, regulatory, and compliance frameworks
• Advising on corporate, employment, and financing matters
• Supporting infrastructure-related and operational legal issues
• Managing external counsel

• Comfortable working across a wide range of legal disciplines
• Pragmatic, solutions-oriented, and business-focused
• Energised by building in a fast-growth environment
• Ambitious and keen to take ownership in a scaling platform

Prior exposure to infrastructure, technology, or data centre environments is beneficial but not essential.
