Legal Counsel - Financing

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Lawyer to join a growing international company operating in the data centre and digital infrastructure sector. This is a high-visibility role working closely with senior leadership, investment, development, and finance teams, providing legal support on complex financing and investment transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on structuring, negotiating, and documenting financing and investment transactions.
• Support development and finance teams on funding strategies and deal execution.
• Manage external counsel and oversee due diligence and documentation.
• Monitor compliance with existing financing arrangements and liaise with lenders and agents.
• Deliver legal guidance and training to internal teams.
• Contribute to complex and cross-border structured finance transactions.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer (UK, EU, or equivalent jurisdiction).
• 5+ years’ post-qualification experience in finance, project finance, or infrastructure financing.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating complex financing documents.
• Solid knowledge of commercial and financing law.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
