Business Analyst

International Law Firm | Up to £70,000 + Hybrid work

Are you an experienced Business Analyst looking to elevate your career? This is a rare opportunity to join a prestigious, fast-growing US law firm renowned for its excellence and innovation. You'll become a key member of a high-performing IT & Business Intelligence team in a permanent, Hybrid role that offers both challenge and reward.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Business Analyst, you'll be a key part of analysing system-based business processes and services. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with service, system and process owners.
  • Analyse processes and work flows.
  • Develop detailed business cases for IT projects.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing.
  • Work with process and service owners to monitor & evaluate the performance of implemented solutions.
  • Prepare and present reports and documentation to stakeholders.
  • Work with the Head of Business Intelligence & Systems.

Knowledge of the below applications:

IntApp, Elite 3e and iManage

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a law firm or legal environment.
  • strong understanding of business processes and work flow analysis.
  • Knowledge of the legal industry practices and terminology.
