We're delighted to be working with a highly regarded US law firm that is looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic PA/EA to support three Partners within its Technology & Cybersecuity practice in London.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and high-performing team. The successful candidate will provide seamless support to three Partners, helping them manage demanding schedules, client relationships and business priorities within a fast-paced environment.
We're looking for someone who is highly organised, proactive and hardworking. This role would suit a hands-on PA/EA who enjoys being involved, anticipates needs before they arise and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Complex diary and inbox management
* Coordinating meetings, travel and business schedules
* Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
* Assisting with billing, expenses and business development activities
* Providing proactive administrative support across the practice
What we're looking for:
* 8+ years of PA/EA experience within an international or US law firm
* Previous experience supporting a Technology practice desired (but not essential)
* A hands-on approach with a willingness to get involved and add value
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills
* Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
* Proactive, adaptable and able to work independently
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with AI tools
