Senior Bids and Pursuits Executive AA and RA

We're recruiting on behalf of a fast growing professional services firm looking for an experienced Bid & Pursuit Specialist to support high value, tech focused and digital economy opportunities.
The RoleYou'll lead and support end-to-end bids across technology, digital, advisory and innovation driven service lines shaping win themes, producing compelling content and driving best practice across the pursuit process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full bid lifecycle from qualification to submission
- Develop clear, persuasive proposal content and visuals
- Work with senior stakeholders on pursuit strategy
- Conduct client and market research to inform positioning
- Support pursuit technology tools and content libraries
- Contribute to continuous improvement of bidding systems and processes
About You
- Strong bids/pursuits experience within professional services
- Excellent writing, structuring and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-driven with good design instinct
- Confident managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Tech savvy and comfortable with pursuit tools/platforms
