The role

This is a broad and impactful position where you'll take ownership of technology training across multiple international offices, including London, Paris and Hong Kong. You'll work closely with lawyers and business services teams to help them adopt and use technology more effectively in their day-to-day roles.

It's not just about delivering training, you'll be involved in shaping the approach, partnering with stakeholders to understand needs, and creating engaging, practical learning solutions that make a genuine difference.

Key responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging training sessions (both in-person and virtual), including group and 1:1 support
  • Design and develop training materials and e-learning content (guides, videos, quick reference tools, etc.)
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify needs and create tailored training solutions
  • Support the rollout of new systems and tools, ensuring smooth adoption across the business
  • Analyse trends from support queries and continuously improve training effectiveness
  • Contribute to global training initiatives and collaborate with international colleagues
  • Manage and track training activity through the firm's Learning Management System (LMS)

About you

  • 5+ years' experience in technology training, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Strong experience delivering blended learning (classroom, virtual, e-learning)
  • Confident working with and presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and document management systems (e.g. NetDocuments or similar)
  • Experience with e-learning tools (e.g. Articulate, Camtasia or similar) is beneficial
  • French language skills (spoken and written) are highly advantageous

Why apply?

  • Highly visible, business-facing role with real impact
  • Opportunity to work across an international platform
  • Inclusive, collaborative team culture
  • Strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
