Temporary IT Support Analyst

Ryder Reid is seeking an experienced Temporary IT Support Analyst to join our leading law firm client immediately. This role will support a major technology upgrade project, including the build and rollout of new laptops.

We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running, providing both 1st and 2nd line support while assisting the wider IT team with day-to-day operational needs throughout the rollout period.

Requirements:

• Immediate availability
• Previous law firm IT support experience (essential)
• Strong 1st and 2nd line technical skills
• Ability to work proactively and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

This assignment will run through May and June and possibility of extension, offering an excellent opportunity to support a high-profile project within a respected legal environment.
