We are seeking an experienced CRM Specialist to join our London office at a pivotal time for the business.
This role is central to the London officeâs transition from InterAction to Intapp DealCloud (Q2 2026). You will be the local DealCloud subject matter expert, ensuring high data quality, strong user adoption, and bestâpractice CRM usage across the office.
What youâll do
- Lead and support the migration from InterAction to Intapp DealCloud
- Act as the first point of contact for CRM data, queries, and user support in London
- Train and support partners, BD teams, and staff on effective DealCloud use
- Own CRM data quality, governance, and GDPR compliance
- Manage, cleanse, and maintain contact and company data
- Produce reports, searches, and mailing lists to support BD activity
What weâre looking for
- Extensive handsâon experience with Intapp DealCloud (essential)
- Experience working with InterAction
- Strong data stewardship, cleansing, and governance skills
- Confident communicator with senior stakeholders
- Meticulous, proactive, and collaborative approach
- Professional services experience (desirable)
