📣 We Are Hiring: Data Steward – Marketing & Business Development (London)
We are seeking an experienced Data Steward to join our Marketing & Business Development team in London. This is a key role with significant responsibility for CRM data quality, governance, and user support across the office.
With a major CRM transformation underway and a transition from InterAction to Intapp DealCloud planned for 2026, this position offers the opportunity to take a leading role in shaping best practices and ensuring the successful adoption of the new platform.
Intapp DealCloud expertise is essential.
The Role
The Data Steward will serve as the London office’s primary contact for CRM stewardship, responsible for ensuring data integrity, advising stakeholders, and supporting the wider BD function. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading local CRM ownership, ensuring high data quality and consistent standards
- Acting as the London subject‐matter expert for Intapp DealCloud
- Supporting the migration from InterAction to DealCloud
- Training and advising users at all levels, including senior stakeholders
- Managing data cleansing, deduplication, research, and list management
- Producing reports, searches, and insights to support BD activity
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR and internal data governance standards
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Extensive, hands‐on experience with Intapp DealCloud (vital requirement)
- Strong background in CRM data management and governance
- Excellent research skills for validating contact and company details
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident communicator able to support senior stakeholders
- Proactive, organised, and collaborative in approach
Desirable:
- Experience in a professional services environment
