Job Title: Funds Paralegal (Legal Technologist)

Role overview: This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‐growing legal AI start‐up, where you’ll play a pivotal role inside a high‐impact legal team embedded directly within Growth and Product Development. Key responsibilities:

• Liaising with client legal and innovation teams
• Preparing analytics and summarising platform insights
• Drafting and distributing release notes
• Supporting internal legal team with commercial contracts and corporate matters
• Attending group meetings and training sessions

Qualifications: We’re looking for someone with solid experience in private investment funds, particularly with MFNs and side letters, who’s ready to bring that expertise into an innovative, tech‐driven environment. A passion for legal tech platforms and how technology can transform legal workflows is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will be organised, adaptable, charismatic and confident working with lawyers and developers.
