In this role, you will ensure the firm’s office IS infrastructure is effectively deployed and maintained, providing top-notch support to their staff. Key Responsibilitie

• s:Deliver high-quality, timely IS services and maintain accurate processe
• s.Support colleagues and improve department knowledg
• e.Use ticketing systems to track and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issue
• s.Install and configure desktop, laptop, and telephone equipmen
• t.Provide on-site technical assistance and support for office moves and technology equipmen
• t.Troubleshoot and resolve wireless connectivity and telephone programming issue

• ce:Minimum five years of relevant technical experien
