Senior Talent Partner (GTM), 12-month contract (Embedded)

Ryzon is hiring a Senior Talent Partner to embed with one of our high-growth B2B tech clients. They have recently raised signicicant funds and hiring over 100 people. You’ll own go-to-market hiring across the UK and US, working closely with hiring managers to build strong pipelines, run structured processes, and deliver hires that raise the bar.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own end-to-end hiring for GTM roles across the UK and US, from intake through to offer
  • Partner with hiring managers across from the CRO to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and RevOps
  • Proactively source and engage candidates, building consistent pipelines for priority roles
  • Run clear, candidate-friendly processes and keep stakeholders aligned on progress and next steps
  • Manage offers and support close, keeping pace high and comms crisp
  • Track pipeline and process metrics, keeping the ATS clean and reporting dependable
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of interview process and candidate experience

What you’ll bring

  • Significant in-house (or embedded) recruiting experience in startups/scale-ups
  • Strong GTM hiring experience, ideally across multiple functions (Sales/CS/Marketing/RevOps)
  • Experience hiring across UK and US markets
  • Clear demonstration of hiring at least 3 hires a month consistently
  • Confident sourcing and stakeholder management, you can operate independently and deliver
  • Structured and data-aware, you track your funnel and use it to prioritise
  • Strong communication and candidate care, you build trust and momentum
  • You must have a hunter mentality and be a proactive recruiter

Contract details

  • 12-month contract
  • Hybrid: London office 1 day per week (rest remote)
  • Start: ASAP (or as close as possible)
