SAP Administrator

Cammach are currently recruiting a SAP Administrator on behalf of our Aberdeen based client. The role is on a contract basis until the 18 th December 2026 and offers a hybrid working arrangement.

ROLE

Provides valuable controls in the maintenance and pursuit of a continuously improving robust cost management service to all internal stakeholders

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Quality Control review of Purchase Requisitions (PRs);
  • Raise PRs in SAP and update the Cost Tracker accordingly;
  • PR management – corrections/closures/problem solving;
  • Distribute vendor invoices to JRE’s for review and approval;
  • Raise Service Entry Sheets (SES’s) in SAP;
  • Run weekly actuals and commitment reports from SAP;
  • Assist in the maintenance and roll-out of cost management processes and procedures.
  • Follow the safety & environmental policies, guidelines and procedures as directed by the business.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Detailed and practical knowledge of SAP from an R2P perspective
  • Project controls experience would be beneficial
  • Good experience in an ERP/ SAP Administration role preferably within an Oil and Gas Operator
