Remote Working Data Admin Apprentice
Role
- Be a contacting machine making outbound calls to build solid pipeline of clients to secure a good sales conversion and hitting sales targets (whilst also enjoying incentives!).
- Utilising newly learned data skills to collaborate with people externally and internally to influence conversations with prospects and clients.
- Using Microsoft Excel and utilising spreadsheets to model information in graphs, tables and V look ups etc to support business growth.
- Become an expert in handling objections; identify current issues, provide solutions and handle all queries.
- Communicate sales data through conversions and technical documentation.
- Collecting/Storing/Fault identifying data in a Secure Manner.
- Book, schedule and confirm meetings for our sales directors to be sat virtually or in person, continually building a sales pipeline.
Training
Data technician Level 3 (A level) standard.
Functional skills in maths and English if required.
Training schedule has yet to be agreed. Details will be made available at a later date.

- Source, format and present data securely, using Microsoft Excel, Power BI and SQL.
- Analyse structured and unstructured data to support business outcomes
- Blend data from multiple sources as directed
- Communicate outcomes appropriate to the audience
- Apply legal and ethical principles when manipulating data
Data technician Level 3 (A level) apprenticeship programme enables your organisation to:
- Build the capabilities you need throughout your organisation to collect, study, organise and present data, increasing digital adoption and the provision of intelligent and valuable business insights
- Create and develop analysts for the modern workplace by reskilling your existing talent, or hiring new entry-level talent. QA’s programmes, partnerships and recruitment capability enable us to tailor a solution that works for your business
- Provide training that acts as a standalone solution or as part of a wider academy/programme to an array of business functions
Tools and technologies learned: Apprentices will learn to use Microsoft Power BI, Excel and SQL Azure.
Upon Completion of this apprenticeship, there is opportunity to stay on and gain promotions with-in the business.
