The Role

We’re looking for an Account Executive to join the sales team, responsible for driving client migrations from legacy on-premise solutions to a cutting-edge SaaS platform. This is a strategic role that combines solution-based selling, executive stakeholder management, and commercial leadership.You’ll be part of a high-performing, collaborative sales function helping clients modernise and scale their operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue targets and contribute to overall sales performance
  • Develop and execute a structured territory plan, including key activity KPIs
  • Engage directly with mid-market clients to drive solution adoption
  • Lead and mobilise internal resources to ensure high-quality client engagement
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships
  • Identify key business drivers and potential risks, developing strategies to address them
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver client success
  • Simplify complex situations and communicate solutions clearly
  • Some international travel will be required

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success selling complex, transformative SaaS or software solutions
  • Experience delivering GTM (go-to-market) campaigns across existing client bases
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage multi-stakeholder sales processes
  • Energetic, professional, and highly accountable approach
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Tenacious and disciplined in managing the full sales cycle
