Account Manager
Our Client
Our client is a fast-growing, private equity-backed supply chain tech business. Their programmes are used by large multinational organisations across multiple continents, and they've built a strong reputation as a go-to provider in this space. Following recent investment, they're scaling their commercial team to support the next phase of growth.
The Role
As an account manager, you'll own a portfolio of corporate customers from onboarding through to renewal — building long-term, trust-based relationships and identifying opportunities to grow the account. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, professional services, content, and technical teams to shape a seamless customer experience, and you'll lead commercial conversations at renewal, negotiating terms and pricing directly with senior stakeholders.
This is a client-facing, relationship-led role suited to someone who's customer-obsessed, commercially minded, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and stakeholders simultaneously.
Hybrid working, with a UK base near the Thames Valley area.
