Backed by top European investors and entering an exciting zero-to-one growth phase, they’re seeking a Commercial Sales Lead to drive demand, expand partnerships, and scale revenue.
About the RoleYou'll report directly to the Chief Business Officer and lead the entire commercial lifecycle: onboarding hospitals, growing platform usage, and generating demand from global pharma, med-tech, and AI clients. You’ll help translate complex technical capabilities into clear, scalable value—backed by strategic thinking, creative storytelling, and results-driven execution.
Key Responsibilities- Network Growth – Identify, engage, and onboard new hospital partners to expand a federated data network.
- Customer Activation – Drive interest and adoption from pharma, med-tech, and AI companies looking to access high-value, privacy-compliant real-world data.
- Segmented GTM – Build tailored go-to-market strategies across multiple customer profiles.
- Deal Ownership – Lead end-to-end deal cycles, including pricing, contract negotiation, onboarding, renewals, and upsell planning.
- Strategic Influence – Help shape the commercial roadmap with insights from the field and secure multi-year agreements with complex stakeholder groups.
- Proven success managing complex B2B SaaS sales (bonus for experience in health-tech, data platforms, or healthcare).
- Strong background in value-based, consultative selling, especially into hospital systems or pharma clients.
- Experienced in managing multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts, including navigating procurement processes.
- Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
- Comfortable in fast-moving, early-stage environments with lots of autonomy and ambiguity
