Sales Development Representative (SDR)
London (Hybrid)
£35,000 base + £50,000 OTE

We’re hiring on behalf of a well-funded, high-growth SaaS company based in London. With strong product-market fit and significant investment behind them, they’re scaling their commercial team and looking for ambitious SDRs to join the journey.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants structured development, clear progression to Account Executive, and the chance to earn well in a supportive, high-performance environment.
The RoleYou’ll sit at the top of the funnel, driving new business opportunities through proactive outbound activity.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting
- Building and managing targeted account lists
- Identifying and engaging key decision-makers
- Qualifying inbound and outbound leads
- Booking high-quality meetings for the Account Executive team
- Maintaining accurate CRM records and pipeline hygiene
- Working closely with marketing and sales to optimise messaging
This is a metrics-driven role with strong coaching and clear KPIs — perfect for someone competitive, resilient and hungry to develop.
What They’re Looking For- 6–24 months’ experience in sales, customer service, lead generation or a commercial role
- Confidence speaking with senior stakeholders
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Coachable, driven and target-motivated
- Comfortable with outbound activity and rejection
SaaS experience is a bonus, but not essential.
