The Role

As a Junior Implementation Manager, you will support European Sprinklr implementations while developing implementation expertise and leadership capabilities. You'll work across multiple European markets and contribute to our regional implementation practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Sprinklr implementations for European enterprise clients
• Support senior team members with project delivery and client management
• Develop expertise in European market dynamics and regulatory requirements (GDPR, etc.)
• Contribute to implementation methodology development for European markets
• Assist with training and knowledge transfer across the European team
• Support business development activities through client references and case studies

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, implementation, or technical roles
• Understanding of European business culture and regulatory environment
• Strong communication skills in English; additional European languages preferred
• Experience with enterprise software or digital platform implementations
• Ability to travel within Europe (approximately 25%)
• Live in and have a UK/EU work authorization

• Professional proficiency in English (required)
• Additional languages preferred: German, French, Spanish, Italian
• Cultural awareness and experience working in multiple European markets
