We are working with a major end client in Scotland looking to onboard a highly experienced SAP HCM Programme Manager to lead a strategic transformation programme focused on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years' experience in SAP HCM, with strong hands-on SuccessFactors knowledge
• Proven delivery of complex SAP HCM programmes in large-scale environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and executive-level communication skills
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies
• Available to work onsite in Scotland 3 days per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver the end-to-end SAP HCM / SuccessFactors programme
• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables alongside key stakeholders
• Ensure programme goals align with business strategy and tech capabilities
• Remove roadblocks, manage risks, and drive delivery excellence
• Be the single point of accountability for all programme activity
