We are working with a valued customer in Scotland seeking a seasoned SAP HCM Programme Manager to lead a business-critical transformation programme. You will oversee the full implementation and optimisation of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, ensuring strategic alignment with business needs while coordinating with cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role, suited to an expert in both delivery leadership and stakeholder management.

5 Key Skills Required:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM, with deep expertise in SuccessFactors
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, complex SAP HCM programmes
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Strong command of project management tools and methodologies
• Willingness to work onsite in Scotland three days per week

5 Areas of Responsibility:

• Lead the SAP HCM & SuccessFactors programme from initiation to delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define goals and timelines
• Ensure alignment of delivery with business objectives and SAP best practices
• Overcome programme roadblocks, manage risks, and drive solutions
• Serve as the central point of contact for all SAP HCM-related matters
