- Drive growth by identifying and developing sales opportunities within the existing customer base, focusing on expanding SAP’s cloud offerings and new lines of business.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that align with their business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including pre-sales, marketing, business development, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Manage the sales process effectively, including qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Maintain a deep understanding of SAP’s products, services, and the competitive landscape to provide value-driven solutions.
- Leverage CRM tools to document sales activities, prepare accurate forecasts, and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.
- Provide insights and feedback to internal teams to enhance product offerings and sales strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders and build lasting relationships.
